Shipping & Returns

We are all cyclists at Shutt VR and fully understand the frustration if a purchase does not go as hoped. Your satisfaction with our products is our aim and we pride ourselves on our customer service, making every effort to guarantee your satisfaction. If you have any queries not answered here then drop us a line and we will get back to you with the answers and may even call if suits. We are a friendly bunch and always prefer talking to our customers when we can.

Shipping UK

We only use reliable and reputable couriers to ship your order.  Standard UK delivery is a 48 hour service. Postal services to remote areas & Northern Ireland can take longer.  We have no control over delays created by couriers. Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout

Shipping International

Please select your country location at the start of the order process to ensure accurate charges are applied at checkout. All international orders are shipped from UK using a standard or express service chosen by the customer. Tax and duty charges to international addresses are displayed at checkout and paid by the customer to avoid in-country doorstep charges.

  • Free UK Delivery on orders over £75
  • Standard UK Shipping £3.50
  • International shipping & duty charges calculated at checkout.
  • FREE delivery on overseas orders over £100 

Returns

We understand that from time to time you may wish to return a product to us.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 21 days to initiate a return from the delivery date. Returning an item is easy by following the instructions below.  Please ensure the garment is returned with a note of the order number and name included in the package. 

Return for refund:

If a refund is required, please download and complete the returns form here and send it to info@shuttvr.com.  All returned items must be in ‘as new’ condition, unwashed and unused with hangtags. Once processed you will be notified of the refund using the email address on your Shutt VR account. The customer is responsible for returning the garment at their cost. We advise that proof of sending and a ‘signed for’ service is used.  We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any event within 30 days of the day we received your returned product. Please ensure the garment is returned with a note of the order number and name included in the package. 

Return for exchange:

It may be the case that a simple exchange is needed so please download and complete the returns form here and send it to info@shuttvr.com. All returned items must be in ‘as new’ condition, unwashed and unused with hangtags. Once we have the original order you will be notified of the exchange using the email address on your Shutt VR account. The customer is responsible for returning the garment at their cost. We advise that proof of sending and ‘signed for’ service is used.  Shutt VR will pay shipping costs to send the exchanged product to customer. Please ensure the garment is returned with a note of the order number and name included in the package. 

Return faulty goods:

Please accept our apologies if there is a fault with your item, we take all complaints regarding the quality of our products seriously and we will need to investigate the reported fault in detail. Please download and complete the returns form here and send it to info@shuttvr.comWhere possible also send us some images of the fault. Once processed you will be notified of the resolution. The customer is responsible for returning the garment at their cost but shipping costs will be refunded where appropriate. We advise that proof of sending and ‘signed for’ service is used.  Please ensure the garment is returned with a note of the order number and name included in the package. 

Exclusions

The following kinds of products may not be returned under this policy:

  • any product made to your specification
  • any product made to order
  • gift vouchers
  • items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty
  • washed garments unless under ‘no-quibble’ or crash replacement guarantee
